What is the status of my order?

If you would like to know the status of your order, check your inbox for the order confirmation or by contacting us.

Can I modify or adjust my order?

No. To ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes after it has been placed.

How can I make a return?

All sales are final. If you have any questions regarding your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Since you are paying the wholesale price, we order directly from the supplier, so you should receive your order within 14 business days. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Paypal. We don't accept American Express.

Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

No. We only ship within US.

What do you charge for shipping an order?

From November 14th, we started to offer free shipping to all US orders.
